Cursed Eyes

When sixteen-year-old Amadora Price glares at people—they die. Instantly. 

Released from a psychiatric hospital days before restarting her junior year at a new school, Amadora hides behind sunglasses and vows to never let anyone get close to her again. 

Until she meets Aiden. While everyone else has always been put off by her strange eyes, he sees past her differences and gets to know her. He makes her feel normal. Despite her growing feelings for him, she must keep her distance, because with one glare, she could lose him forever.

As if life wasn’t complicated enough, Amadora gets a cryptic letter from her birth mother on her seventeenth birthday claiming that she knows about Amadora’s curse and will come get her soon. Aiden promises to stand by her but it seems he has secrets of his own. 

Trusting Aiden will either be her happy ending or it will be her deepest regret.
