Elemental Witches of the Immortal Realm

Hey guys! Last week I talked about the five different types of Sensory witches living in the Immortal Realm. The week before that I introduced the Immortal Realm for the first time, a fictional place I created. If you haven’t already, be sure to check those out as well, and if you’re new to my site, welcome! In today’s blog post I will be talking about the four types of Elemental witches of the Immortal Realm.

Fire Witches

These fire witches were fun to come up with because of the four elements, I’ve always thought fire is one of the coolest. They are a bit different than the ones we are used to hearing about. I wanted to do something unique with the fire witches, so let me tell you a little secret…their power doesn’t just have to do with fire.

It involves heat too. What I mean by that is that they can heat things up, but I’m not just talking about boiling a pot of water. They can raise a person’s temperature or even literally make their blood boil. There are some that can heat things up emotionally too, whether that means making an angry person angrier, someone who is scared, terrified, or turning hunger into starvation.

Earth Witches

Of the four elements, earth is the one that has the most flexibility and most diverse amounts of power. There are so many different types of things Earth witches can do. There is a witch that can open sinkholes in the ground big enough to sink a whole town. Another one can turn anything you’re standing on: mud, dirt, gravel, cement, etc. into quicksand. Then there are the ones that grow thirty foot trees in a matter of seconds.

Air Witches

Air witches can do some pretty cool things. They can feel how many people are within a ten foot radius of them because they can feel their essence in the air. How cool is that? Makes it impossible to sneak up on an air witch.

They all have that ability but they also each have their own unique power as well. For example, there’s one witch I know of who can control the amount of air a person can breath. This can be good or it can be bad. It means she can restore breath to someone who stopped breathing, but it also means she can take it away and leave them gasping for air. This witch, she never loses her breath, no matter how fast or how long she’s been running. It’s a useful skill because she is constantly running. She’s a character in one of my future books so I hope you enjoy meeting her one day. πŸ˜‰

Aquatic Witches

One perk of being an aquatic witch is that if they choose, they can avoid getting wet whenever it rains. There are some that can rapidly dehydrate a person by draining the water from their body. Since they are immortals though, this won’t kill them but it will be painful.

Some can literally walk on water, but this means they can never swim. For some aquatic witches their power is a curse rather than a gift. Like the witch who can drown someone with a kiss. Or the one who becomes invisible every time water touches her skin. Imagine if she’s crossing the street and it starts raining! That’s a scary thought.

So those were the four types of Elemental witches. I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it! Let me know in the comments what you thought of the Elemental Witches of the Immortal Realm.

Wow, you’re so creative! All four of these types sound SO cool. I think the fire one is my favorite. Can’t wait to see how this all unfolds.

Thanks Gabby, I’m glad you enjoyed reading about the different types of elemental witches. They were fun to come up with since I’ve always loved witches. 😊

I could not resist commenting. Very well written! I have
been surfing on-line greater than three hours as of late, but I never found any attention-grabbing article
like yours. It’s pretty price sufficient for me. Personally, if all site owners
and bloggers made good content as you probably did, the web might be
much more useful than ever before. Greetings!

I’ve been following your site for a while now and finally got
the courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from Atascocita Tx!
Just wanted to tell you keep up the great work!

If everyone in the Immortal Realm is immoral, and an aquatic witch can’t kill someone by sucking out all the moisture of of a person’s body, then what happens with the birth and death cycle? Are new immortal beings born? And if everyone’s immortal, what’s going to happen when the population gets out of control?

        • S. K. Nijjar

Those are great questions. It’s part of the reason it took me a long time to create the Immortal Realm. There are only 2 ways to kill an immortal, something I will be covering in future blog posts. When an aquatic witch drains the water from a person’s body, it takes a few days for their body to replenish the water but they can heal. Same thing when a vampire drains an immortal’s blood: it comes back. I will also explain in more detail how overpopulation is prevented in a future post, because it can be confusing. I’m glad you’re curious enough to ask questions! 😊

Hi! I understand this is sort of off-topic but I needed to ask.
Does operating a well-established blog like yours require a lot
of work? I’m completely new to writing a blog however I do write in my journal
everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my own experience and views online.
Please let me know if you have any kind of suggestions or tips for brand new aspiring bloggers.
    Appreciate it!

Hi, I don’t mind you asking. I would say it does require a lot of work in the beginning.
The first thing is writing quality content that people will enjoy reading. You have to decide the purpose of your blog. Either you write to entertain people or you write to teach people something you know a lot about.
After that, you should determine a schedule and stick to it. My schedule is I post a new blog once a week, every Friday at 5. Whatever schedule you choose, make sure you stick to it. That way readers know what to expect.
Finally, make sure you promote your blogs, but not in a spammy way. This means you don’t use social media accounts just to constantly drop links to your blog every few hours. Instead, use social media to connect with other bloggers. Check out blogs you find interesting and comment on them. Then let them know you commented and drop a link to your blog incase they want to check it out.
I wouldn’t say I’m an expert at blogging, as I’m still learning every day but I hope that helps. 😊

very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here and visit

    Outstanding work!
