Royal Families of the Immortal Realm

Hi guys, today I’m excited to share with you the four royal families of the Immortal Realm. I realize this may seem strange considering I still haven’t shown you a map of the Immortal Realm but don’t worry, that will be coming very soon! In the meantime though, I will tell you about the four empires of the Immortal Realm.

The Four Empires

As I mentioned it doesn’t make sense to tell you about the royal families until I explain a little bit about the layout of the Immortal Realm first. 

First of all, if you remember from my first blog post about the Immortal Realm, I mentioned that people from our mortal realm can travel to their realm and they can travel here. There is only one doorway between the realms and on our side it’s in London. In the Immortal Realm the doorway opens up to a small village in the Mowalan Empire. To be more specific the doorway is actually hidden in the bottom of Crystal Lake in the village of Holgar. 

One question that might come to your mind as you are reading this is do the different species live in different empires, meaning vampires in one, shapeshifters in another, etc.

Well, I’d be happy to explain. There is no one empire that has just one species but there are small villages throughout the Immortal Realm that like to remain exclusive to their own kind of supernatural being.
So one is the Mowalan Empire. Then there are the other three: the Estethian Empire, the Thegallan Empire, and the Icraphate Empire.

The Royal Families

The royal family that has been ruling the Estethian Empire for over 4000 year is the Belinski family. For generations the throne has been passed down in the family.

The current queen of the Estethian Empire is Queen Regina Belinski. Her husband passed away and she has one daughter, whom for reasons I can’t disclose, is not ready to take the throne yet. Which puts them both at risk since the Estethian Empire is the largest of the four kingdoms and their lineage is almost dying off. 

The Thegallan Empire is the second largest of the four and is ruled by the Grimshaw family. Unlike the Belinskis, they are a large family with a line of succession to the throne.

The Icraphate Empire and Mowalan Empire are both about the same size and there is a marital bond between the two royal families so the Bernstein family rules both lands.

So I know this blog post was a bit less exciting than my usual posts about the Immortal Realm but I’ve always loved royals so I wanted to share a little bit about them with you. In future blog posts, I will share more details about each family.
